Thornbright Mansion is series of three escape room-style board games that has players exploring miniature pop-up environments to find clues and solve puzzles.
As the co-creator of Thornbright Mansion, I had a hand in almost every aspect of the games including product management, puzzle design, graphic design, branding, marketing, and paper engineering.

Managed the end-to-end design and production lifecycle for three board games, transforming initial concepts into successful product launches.

Bootstrapped a Kickstarter campaign, surpassing funding goals by 90% and raising over $70,000, while fostering a dedicated backer community.
Design
Crafted game mechanics and puzzles, as well as used paper engineering to design and build intricate papercraft pop-ups.
